21 Day Fix
Hey everyone,
This blog post is a little different. I figured I would blog about it and hopefully for once in my life stick to a diet and workout program since I’m making it public knowledge.
Yesterday, I started the Beachbody program, 21 Day Fix. So far…I’m hating it, lol. I’m not hating it because the program sucks, I’m hating it because it’s not my normal routine.
Back in September, the docs put me on a new medication for nerve pain associated with my tumor and radiation (what Brooke went through in Tattooed Dots) and I’m 50% sure that the medication made me gain 20 pounds. There is still the other 50% that may be due to the fact that I sit on my butt all day on Facebook and writing.
When I had a 9-5, at least I got out of the house. Now, I get out maybe once a week (except when I go to signings).
Anyway, I’m doing this 21 Day Fix program and if I don’t lose any weight by the end…I may kill someone
So, if you’re struggling with not wanting to workout, wanting to eat a piece of cake…or the whole thing, or something along those lines, feel free to message me and I’ll yell at you. Yelling at you, will help me because yesterday, I threatened to kill my husband with a metal finger nail file for a piece of chocolate (I didn’t of course ) and it made me think before grabbing the candy.
