Day 12!

This is my 3rd time being on Day 12. By contrast, I’ve been on Day 1 eleven times.

I’ve discovered that the formula for success at ANYTHING is:

Consistency over Time.

When I was in San Francisco, I visited Ripley’s Believe it or Not. They have a handwritten Bible on display that a man meticulously copied word for word.

HERE’S THE KICKER: He only copied for one hour per day, every day for one and a half years. If someone asked you to copy the Bible, you might think it would take “forever.” But, only an hour a day for 1.5 years did it.

Be CONSISTENT with your attempt to become Complaint Free. Even if you feel stuck on Day 1 for months! Be consistent over time.
