Hi CJ! I've just read your interview on smashwords, it was a great interview. Kudos to you (; you mentioned you have a French background are you British as well? I noticed when I read "New leaves" a lot of the words you used in it for items such as furniture, appliances, cigs, etc.. you used brit terms. I thought it made the story more realistic and true to your background if your British. I absolutely loved New leaves and am getting ready to post review I just finished it over weekend. I will definitely be reading the sequels Mia and Gabe are one of my favorite book couples, Lexi is awesome as well. Keep up the great writing because I'm totally looking forward to reading more from you.((;

Hi Cheryl, thanks for your message! Yes I am British born and bred, albeit with a very French mother! I live in Wales in the UK and choose to write in my natural English style rather than trying to Americanise it (if that's a word??). So many popular books have American terms in that I thought it would make a nice change for my fellow Brits to have one we could relate to immediately :-)So glad to hear that you enjoyed New Leaves and that you will leave my reviews, they are so important to us writers. I'll look forward to reading them and hope that you enjoy the follow ups just as much.
CJ x
