The special orders of Ruin and Rising are only the hardcover editions, right? ^^

As long as you’re going through one of the independent bookstores listed, you can get a poster and a bookplate for purchases of paperbacks, hardcovers, and ebooks of any of the books in the trilogy.

HOWEVER, there’s obviously no paperback of Ruin and Rising available, so only ebooks and preorders of the hardcover count.

(I don’t actually know if you can preorder the paperback edition of Siege and Storm through one of the indies. It comes out the same day as Ruin and Rising, so you’d have to ask your bookseller of choice!)
