Ryan is like… so super important to me. I freaking love him — and I had like zero feelings toward Doris for a long time, especially when she started dating Ryan, because I only knew her from Justice League the animated series, basically, and … that was not a flattering version of her lemme tell ya.

But I have a thing for tall women with shorter men. Probably because I am from a family of tall people and our prospects for men usually are lower on the height charts. So the fact that Ryan and Doris were that to an extreme was hilariously awesome by my accounts.

This ship got major points, though, when Doris hauled off and kicked Dwarfstar’s ass for his hand in Ryan’s murder, though. Like I liked the ship okay, could take it or leave it, until that issue of Secret Six. Then I was like “Yes. You and Ryan should have been together so you could protect him for shitty comics.”
