What sort of giveaways do readers like best?

Question for all you avid readers: what sort of contests/giveaways do you like best?

Obviously I'm not in a position to reveal secrets about what happens in book 2, but what other stuff would you like? Signed and annotated copies of Stolen Songbird? Skype chats? Swag? Vials of blood?
