The first draft of "
The Girl In The Blue Flame Cafe
" is in editing.
Right now I'm designing a
Pubslush campaign to help launch it properly in time for the summer reading season.
One of the things I need is a picture to tell potential readers and investors what my book is about. And it can't be the cover art. If I were writing a book about trains, this would be an easy task because I know there are an endless number of pictures available. But I'm not-- I'm a novelist. There are no existing photos of my story.
So I decided to make my own.
I have three different versions of an image I think will capture audience interest. Each one needs a little technical fiddling before any of them will be the perfect image to use, but they give a pretty good idea of what I'm going for.
Can you help me decide which would be the best one to use? Obviously you haven't read the book, but maybe you can tell me which image is most effective for you?
Which one would help you decide to buy the book"?

Libreleft Books blog, "
Promotional Artwork."
When all the feedback is in I'll share it on Storify then make the final decision.
Thanks so much for your help!
