I really have nothing spectacular to say today.
I'm supposed to be reading history, but my mind keeps wandering. Mostly to editing. I've had a hard time picking up editing since getting back...it doesn't help that there is a Diana Wynne Jones' book sitting right in front of me.
I shall therefore forgo all creative thought and share a song before I see if I can start some editing.
This is one of the songs I listen to most while working on the Haphazard books. It kind of fits all of the characters, but reminds me of two in particular. (Those who have read the books, I will let you guess which two.)
As I said, I am lacking in creativeness at the moment - editing and school work and work and everything. And today was just weird, which is why this post is late. So the extent of my creativeness is to ask, what are some of the songs you fellow writers listen to while you work. (Or everyone, even if you aren't writers, which songs do you find the most inspiring?)
Quote is from the Robin Hood movie. (The olderish one, but not the very old one, and not the Men in Tights one. The one with the Snape actor who is so wonderful.)
ALLONS-Y!
