I like to keep a few one-hand flossers in my purse. I floss when driving or waiting around!
While I’m no dental expert, I have learned over the years that flossing is a key part of your oral hygiene routine. Flossing ensures that the tight spaces between your teeth (where the toothbrush doesn’t reach) and the gap between the base of the teeth and the gums, get clean. Damon Smile, my braces provider, would agree that proper dental care, including regular flossing, can do more than keep your smile beautiful and healthy. A healthy mouth will contribute to your overall health and wellness.
So, my tip is simple this month — FLOSS your teeth!
