I actually have mostly abandoned message boards for that reason. Too much racism, homophobia, and misogyny. I know it’s not all of them, but it’s common enough that I just don’t go anymore. I got so used to it when I used to hang out on message boards I feel like I kind of just sadly accepted that that’s the way it is and we’re stuck with these assholes.

But it’s not true, they are just sad bullies and don’t know they are obsolete yet.

I think the Bendis boards are pretty good, they don’t seem to allow that stuff.
