Happy 1 year to MOI!!

So things were so crazy and overwhelming yesterday and I completely forgot what it was!! So a year ago yesterday, I hit publish on my first book, Flutter. Honestly though, my journey started way before I clicked publish. It took me a year to write and market and build my book. In that year I also had a beautiful baby girl and she spent most of her nights on my chest while I worked my ass off to finish.

However, I didn’t do it alone. Shelly Crane will forever be my hero for all the amazing help and advise she gave me when I first started out. I couldn’t have done it without you Regina Wamba, I can’t imagine what I would have done without you. You gave me an AMAZING cover and it will forever be my favorite cover and you will forever be stuck with me

I own EVERY bit of success I have, and to me I have more than I ever thought I would, to EVERY blogger and EVERY reader who has helped me in the smallest way. Because nothing else mattered if I didn’t have you (Anyone else experiencing a case of ‘name those lyrics’?) Seriously, I don’t know a third of you, but I love you for reading my words, even if you didn’t like it, I still love you because you gave me a chance. From the bottom of my heart, to the moon and back and to every other mushy saying, THANK YOU!!!!
I’ve met so many amazing authors and I am so very much in love with all of you!! Thank you for being there when I need you the most. There are not enough words to tell you how much I cherish your friendship. And last but NEVER least to my family for supporting me every step of the way and continually to tell me how happy and proud of me they are. To my my girls for loving me despite the endless amount of hours I have to spend on the computer sometimes and to my husband for not complaining too much when the dishes are left undone and he has nothing clean or winkle free to wear to work. I LOVE YOU!
