I figured it was time for an update on my plan to "Do Less" this year. I'm happy to say it's working. I am sitting less. I am wishing for less. I am procrastinating less. I am expecting less of others. I am skipping chakra poses less--a thing I swear works like morphine on psychic pain, not that I have any left at this stage of life. I am worrying less. I am interrupting other people when they talk less (an awful, lifetime habit of mine--because I'm just so fascinated by what I have to say). I'm remembering the bad times less. Leaving my environment in disarray less. Putting off tasks like paying bills less. Berating myself for not being perfect less.
So far, it's been a great year.
