Heroin and Opiates Still Abused Today

I’ve said before that I am seeing and hearing stories of locals who are caught up in addiction to heroin and Dilaudid, in just the same way that kids of their age were caught up in the 60s and 70s, as depicted in White Sugar, Brown Sugar. Today, there were three AP Articles in our newspapers about this topic:
