Healthy Eating Tip: Making It Yourself Is Easier Than You Think

A couple of weeks ago, I tried for the first time to make homemade pizza. I made my own crust and everything. My son and are are having issues with gluten. So, we’ve decided to eliminate gluten from our diet. So, for the first gluten free meal, I knew I had to sell my son on the idea that we could survive without gluten.  So, I adventurously suggested that we try to make our own pizza. And it was delicious!!! And, it wasn’t difficult to make. I went online and researched a gluten free pizza recipe and went for it. Here’s the link to the pizza recipe that I used, click here.


It took me less than 30 minutes to make the dough and less than 45 minutes to cook it. It was quick and tasty. And, I especially loved the fact that my house smelled like a pizzeria. Here are the photos…

Anyway, I wanted to share this healthy eating tip in case you wanna try something new and are worrying that it might be hard to tackle it. I must admit that eating healthier has been a lot easier than I originally thought.
