So, follow me here. Since Disney is picking up the Indiana Jones franchise for “future films” and Paramount gets to own distribution on the previous four, I hereby nominate Bradley Cooper as the replacement Indy. It fits: he’s 38, Harrison Ford was 39 during filming of Raiders. Cooper has charm, wit, and acting chops to go along with leading man capability. Should Disney take the smart route and make Indy films that fit inbetween the already-made Indy films and NOT reboot, Cooper has the rugged look to pass close enough to young Harrison Ford without being either an imitation or a look-alike. I would LOVE to see Disney adapt Fate of Atlantis starring Bradley Cooper as Indiana Jones. I would love it. Are you listening, Disney?
