It is still occurring, though not quite to the degree that it was a month ago. Since that time I have uninstalled Chrome and re-installed it--twice--and deactivated all extensions. No fancy apps or devices to interfere with the connection, either. I'm left to conclude it is most definitely a Google issue and they appear in no rush to address it.



You are sure to have cleared your cache and your cookies, I would imagine...
Could you be using any technical devices inside your home which might be re-routing your servers (say, to access programs or channels located in other countries)? I so happen to and have been advised to check this out.
Otherwise, methinks it is a "Google Chrome" update issue. I dread whenever a software company comes along with an 'update': 'screw-updates' is more like it. ;)
