Apparently
CBS has new evidence--which turns out might have been available since 1987--that shows that H.R. Haldeman might have ordered actions to discredit witnessses and other steps to sabotage prosecutions after the Vietnam massacre of villagers. As it happens. the only soldier convicted of a serious crime was Lt. William Calley, and all he got was three or so years of house arrest.
