Wuthering Tarts

I made some traditional Yorkshire curt tarts in honor of the first day of spring and Emily Brontë’s masterpiece, Wuthering Heights. I made my own cheese curds. Go check out the post over at The Hairpin. It’s the kind of tart that will nourish, impress and disgust.
