Is MassResistance seriously using the Kennedys (including Teddy?!) to support their discrimination?

At the end of its diatribe against politicians who refuse to march in Boston's LGBT-exclusionary St. Patrick's Day Parade and support for the discrimination onto which this parade continues to glom, Bay State anti-LGBT group MassResistance closes with this photo and caption:
