Alan Rodgers R.I.P.

Locus is reporting that World Fantasy Award nominee and Bram Stoker Award winner Alan Rodgers passed away March 4 in Anaheim CA. Rodgers was best known for being the associate editor of the seminal TWILIGHT ZONE magazine, and the editor of the equally important NIGHT CRY magazine, another 80′s staple. His novels, novellas, and collections included BLOOD OF THE CHILDREN, FIRE, NIGHT, BONE MUSIC, GHOSTS WHO CANNOT SLEEP, and THE BOY WHO CAME BACK FROM THE DEAD, as well as a BATTLESTAR GALACTICA tie-in with Richard Hatch. He is survived by his three children.
