Stu and Pat: Where's the oil?

The White House tweeted yesterday boasting about how much of the oil has been cleaned up. And they are right - a lot of the oil has been skimmed and a lot of the oil is naturally degrading in various ways. That's so weird - Mother Nature is 'doing her job' as Carol Browner said. Is it possible Mother Nature could also fix the CO2 'problem'?
