Review: Robocop (2014)

Although there are some movies that I avoid because I know I’m just not keen on the genre (torture flicks jump to mind), Itry not to judge anything before experiencing it myself. That said, I think we can all be forgiven for wondering whether a Robocop reboot was necessary and whether it would miss the satirical point of the original, described by producer Jon Davison as “fascism for liberals” – a politically liberal film done in the most violent way possible!
