“Oh my word, Jamie!” Former companion Frazer Hines, alias Jamie McCrimmon, has joined the cast of “a new Scots indie romcom road movie.” Entitled Journey Bound, it tells the story of a young lawyer who chases the love of his life through the Scottish Highlands.
Hines will star alongside Ford Kiernan from Still Game, and Clare Grogan from the 1980s romantic flick Gregory’s Girl. Also working on the film are award-winning cinematographer John Rhodes and musician Gordon Dougall.
On the casting of Frazer Hines, producer Ryan Hendrick said:
“Frazer is so much fun. It only seems right to have him on board.”
It’s certainly a change from the Kroton-infested outings Mr Hines enjoyed in the late 1960s! Good luck, Jamie!
