A year after Doug Crandall's perfect suburban life explodes, he's ready to start over in a new city. Eager to heal his battered heart and lose his cynicism, he immerses himself in the local social scene, and becomes entangled in the lives of two men in an open relationship—forcing him to rethink his views on fidelity, betrayal, love, and the often calamitous price of happiness. Darien Cox Cool, enjoy! I'm itching like hell to write a sequel for this one so I'm really hoping the readers like.

Well scratch away..dude. Foundation is there. Corey's a f'ing gold-mine character. Stroke Stewart and Dougie some more and we have a jackpot. Just do it.

Darien Cox haha thank you so much, Smith! I usually have no interest in sequels but these guys are so not done with me yet, glad you enjoyed their company.

Count me in. I'd love a seq! Took me a few hours, but finished in one go - what a wonderful book!! I'm completely hooked on your writing ♥

I can see the appeal, Corey and his "shoo shoo bad energy" was fun. But I'm a bit more #TeamDoug&Steward (you cant really come up with a fun name here, can you? Dougward? LOL no better just Doug&Steward or D&S.) - They were just sooo incredibly hot and yum and sweet together...! sigh. MUST read again.

Smith Barney Okay.Okay.Whatever.I get it. Most honest f’ing thing I’ve read from a writer in a long while. Thank you for not fan-pandering. I want you to marry me in another life.

message 14: by Darien (new)

Darien Cox haha thank you, that is MOST appreciated.

Riina Y.T. I'm a big fan of you and your boys so I will happily cheer for any new stories and support your no-sequel decision :)

I totally understand you. All them boys together might sound sexy in a way but wouldn't do it for me :) Doug isn't that kinda guy in my eyes and like you said, wouldn't work for Stewart either.

Sometimes I really don't enjoy sequels that much, there comes a point when too much drama is just too much. Why would you want to mess with them happy boys after they had such a long way to happiness? No, let them live happily ever after. That's what fairy tales and fictional love is all about - the happiness not everyone has found in real life. It's what I enjoy the most about reading, because well fiction should have a happy ending.

Please go find us some new wonderful boys we can fall in love with :)
xx
