THE SIGNATURE OF ALL THINGS has been nominated for a terrific prize in the UK called The Wellcome Prize — for achievement in writing on a medical subject.


This is such a delight, to have been short-listed. SOAT is the only novel on the list, alongside work by such eminent scientific authors as Andrew Solomom and Oliver Sachs.


Alma would be so pleased, to be recognized in the world of science!

Victoria Ichizli-Bartels Congratulations, Liz! There are some novels, which contain many different interesting facts and which I refer time to time. I am still reading SOAT, but have already quoted some facts from there many times. I learn a lot.
Is it maybe a way how to write text book for schools and even universities. In shape of novels?
I would have treated Botany differently, if I have read you book at school. :)
