On August 1, 2010 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Sokreun Mean, 36, holds a photo of herself when she was 18 years old. She was attacked outside her home with a large quantity of acid causing blindness and severe disfiguration to her face. She has been operated on over 20 times.
