Oh my! Already excited to read it!! Given your marvelous tendency/ability to create two stories in one book...will the rehab extend to a character's life overhaul as well? I have to tell you that I love your stories and as a librarian have introduced your books to many patrons (who in turn also love them). Good luck with all your current endeavors!

No we haven't but my daughter and her husband did when they bought their first house in CT. I guess the older woman who lived there had never done anything to it. They had to gut the whole bathroom and the kitchen had to be totally redone. While they were having the bathroom done they had a port a potty in the back yard and they had to take showers at a nearby hotel. I don't think they ever want to go thru that again. They are now living in WI and they had their house built to the way they wanted it. I love your books and can't wait to read it. I don't think I read Escape yet. Will have to see if I have a copy of it. Good luck to you and I am sure you will love it once it is done.
Yes, I would do it again, because what I had before was that atrocious. I had to get rid of furniture, my place is so small. It is a condo, so it cannot be made larger, but no carpeting, YAY! I love the look of the laminate floors. . .which meant emptying a living room that is the largest room in the house! Blessings, Janet
