installment of The Kitchen. Recipes
include Bath buns (Sally Lunns) as well as
a two-minute tart dough that simplifies puff
pastry for sweet and savory delicacies such as
Raspberry and Candied Almond Tart or Eggs
and Bacon Tart. A recipe is also provided
for York Hotel Soup.
