I just had to share my breakfast with you. Since the whole vegan adventure, I tend to start my day with a protein shake, but I was in the city all day yesterday and forgot to buy bananas, and protein shakes without the bananas just don’t cut it.
So this morning I had to make do with what I had. I found some leftover white bean hummus I had made the other day, a bag of spinach, 2 Portobello mushrooms, and some wholewheat flat sandwich buns.
