How to Enter the Field of Project Management

My friends at Projectmanager.com posted a short Youtube video about how to enter the field of project management.   Some good points but I think the 5th reason is one that aspiring PMs should keep front and center.  My best learnings came from watching more experienced project managers operate when things were going well AND when things were going awry.  Don't underestimate the value of finding a mentor who can really help you learn what it's like in the trenches and give you guidance when everything looks bleak.  Give the video a look.
