Forget the Milk and the Bread…

We’re getting ready for yet another winter storm to roll its way into our area late tonight. This winter, as it has been everywhere, has been downright awful and I can’t wait for spring to finally rear its head.

Today, in advance of the storm, I’m aiming to run into the grocery store for…not milk…not bread…but the ingredients to make a gooey butter cake. Because, in my house, “snow day” means “bake day” and a gooey butter cake is sounding really good.
