
Over Christmas, I played Cards Against Humanity with my family. My sister (whose innocence I adore and hope it never changes) and my cousins didn’t know many of the depraved terms and phrases that are the foundation of that game, and turned to me a few times for definitions.
(Because I’m a writer, I’m the de facto walking dictionary among family and friends. Anyone else?)
Some of the terms I knew, and for some I was just as ignorant as they were.
