Ballad of a Self-Published Author

Surreal as it still might be for me to see my name emblazoned across the cover of my novel, Dragon Guardian: Fire, it still fills me with a great feeling of accomplishment. However, the feeling of accomplishment aside, I can't deny that there have been moments since the publication of my novel in which I felt like literally pulling out my hair.
