Why Songs of Joseph?

Songs of JosephSome have asked  … why another devotional?  Songs of Joseph is an encouragement devotional primarily focused on presenting Christ – the Hope of the hopeless to the hurting, using the theme of the story of Joseph.  It was originally published in Dec 2012, and of all my previous other publications, this one was the one in which I received letters and feedback from people I had never met telling me how they were greatly blessed.

Mr Bolade Apampa, my brother-in-law , generously offered his time and impeccable language skills to edit it comprehensively pro bono and suggested it be put on a website on which many can access it globally at no cost.  January 2014 offered the opportunity to test for response, and we are able to track the views which have been quite encouraging.

One must admit that the devotional is a niche publication and not as encompassing in Christian teaching points as several other devotionals and we encourage it to be used to complement other popular and inimitable devotionals such as Spurgeons Daily Devotional and Open Heavens.

The Recessionproofchristianlife.com web site offers the possibility to subscribe to an e-mail version which will enable you to receive daily devotional text at no cost to your email address.   If you can afford it, you are encouraged to buy your own copy, available at RCCG Camp CRM bookshops (limited copies) and online bookshops …. AuthorhouseUK, AuthorhouseUS, Amazon.com , Amazon.co.uk etc.

2Co_1:4  Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

Thank you for your prayers, subscription and recommendations to friends.  I also thank those who have sent me mail with suggestions and useful clarifications and hope my responses have been helpful.
