The Lovely Subjunctive

A strange incident on Amtrak that involved a blogger, an arrest for taking pictures of an Amtrak train (the picture-taker planned to enter his picture in an AMtrak contest), and a "five figure" settlement:  www.nytimes.com/2010/07/28/nyregion/28about.html 

Amtrak spokespersonage had this to say in wrapping up:
