Rake that carpet!

I know, green.  Whoda thought?  One of the colors I hate most.  I grew up in a green stucco house, then later moved to a green house out in the country.  I think one of the first cars I recall my family having was green.  The living room was always green.  And then there's all that green variegated shag carpet throughout the house.  My kids still can't believe I had to rake that carpet.  And if we didn't want mom to know we'd been in the 'good' living room?  Walk through with the carpet rake ...
