AFA logic: Unconstitutional laws are same as perfectly constitutional ones

Virginia's Attorney General is nto going to defend his state's marriage ban because he believes, rightly, that it is unconstitutional. Courts are agreeing with him more and more everyday, to say nothing of public opinion.
