Tony’s two new high quality TED-style videos now available for viewing

These two 15 minute high quality videos were recorded at Atlanta’s Co-Lab Summit in September 2013. Tony talks about the economy, the need for innovation, and the contradictions between the culture of schooling versus the culture of innovation in video 1. In video 2, he offers a new, abbreviated description of the 7 Survival Skills, and what an Accountability 2.0 system, which assesses the skills that matter most, would look like. The end of Video 2 includes an outstanding 5 minute video excerpt from an upcoming feature length documentary that Tony has been working on with Ted Dintersmith. It shows a 9th grade project at High Tech High and is an outstanding example of what 21c education can and should look like.  Great for community or faculty showings. Both can be viewed here.
