Culture is a network, not a hierarchy




2014 may be the year of the networkLast year at this time I blogged about six key themes that would be affecting HR in 2013. Those themes were indeed hot topics throughout the year and will continue to be important trends for 2014.


This year I want to look at just one theme. (One massive paradigm shift, actually.) It has been rolling into how we do business for some time now, and it’s beginning to hit critical mass in human capital management. 2014 is likely the year that it takes off.
