IT’S LIKE I CAN ACTUALLY FEEL MY FANGIRL HEART ENGAGE.

And to be clear, I will gladly talk GoT/ASoIaF anytime, anywhere.

My favorites are Arya, Jaime, and Brienne. (When Jaime and Brienne dueled on the bridge last season, I had what I can only describe as a minor breakdown. I was in Sarah’s living room and I just let my friends laugh at me and pat me gently as I curled up and repeated, “I forgot. I forgot how much I love this.” It wasn’t dignified. Also, as I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been on that bridge!)

I have a soft spot for Gendry too and I’m glad the series kept him in the story last season because I’m hoping it indicates he’ll return to the books with some prominence.

I’ve also really come to love Sansa and seeing her in the trailer made me just desperate for the next book (I know, I know) because I am so curious to see who she becomes.

(And y’know who I never liked in the books, but who I can’t get enough of on the show? Tywin. That rotter.)
