Serial Killers Add Extra Sense of Terror When They Cross State Lines

The fictional serial killer who I developed for my novel Compulsion fuel their twisted desires with a murder spree that takes them across a large part of our country. Many pit stops and restaurants become locations for scouting out the next potential victims.
