‘Mandela’ opens

The film I’ve been working on for so long – on and off for 16 years – is in UK cinemas today. A strange feeling: in a very short time something that has been part of my future will slip into the past. I’m so proud of this film, and grateful for having had the chance to be part of its making, and the team who’ve made it have been in my life for so long, I don’t want to let it go. It’s very rare to have such intense and happy collaboration.
