Well, Pip has really done it this time. I had a lesson where he kept stopping, refusing to turn, and kicking if prompted. Apparently he was even worse the next day with Marc. I don't think he's being naughty or malicious; his little brain just freezes up. Anyway, the upshot is that I'm getting a new horse next Monday, up from Missouri, a nine year old Thoroughbred bay mare, formerly a racer, now a trail and lesson horse. Alex from the stable has ridden her and says she'll suit me. Finge...
