Different people are motivated in different ways. Some are motivated by money or praise. Some are motivated by fear.
One of the things that motivates me is that I hate not doing what I say I'm going to do. So I am going to publicly post a few New Year's Resolutions to motivate me and to keep me accountable.
1. I'm going to write 30,000 words per month.
2. Publish at least
