Ah, but Mac Freedom (and similar) allow you to shut down the internet for anywhere from 15 minutes to 8 hours.

So when I call a thirty minute sprint, BOOM you set it for 30 minutes and you’re off!

Then BLAM you’re back and you tell me how many amazing, brilliant, mind altering words you wrote during the sprint.

This is then followed by a victory lap around the desk. Traditionally.
