The TV was playing in the background while I've been spring cleaning the blogs. One of the ads was for a weight loss plan...big surprise this time of year, eh? It talked about their approach to losing pounds and how you could "get support in person or online".
I wonder if that doesn't sometimes cause as many problems as it solves.
