It’s that time of year again! Regal wigs are being donned, opulent frocks are being laundered, and gender roles will be well and truly reversed – it’s panto season!

Colin Baker will be making his now traditional appearance in a Christmas production, this time as Abanazer in Aladdin at The Anvil in Basingstoke. Here’s an announcement from The Anvil’s Twitter account:

We’re promised that the Sixth Doctor, in his guise as a wicked sorcerer, is trying to “get his hands on the fabled magic lamp and rule the world”… and only Aladdin can stop him.
