Don't Bother to Self-Reflect

Self-Reflection is Not Self-Loathing
Charles Dickens, author of A Christmas Carol, said:
“Reflect upon your present blessings — of which every man has many — not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.”
Self-reflection yields self-awareness and understanding, which yields growth. But if all you do when self-reflecting is focus on the negative, then don't bother.
