David Gergen: Report on Obamacare Prep Shows “No One in Charge of White House.”

A new report issued by the Government Accountability Institute shows Obama met just one time with Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius and met with her face to face zero times since the Affordable Care Act was enacted on March 23, 2010. David Gergen, an advisor to President’s Clinton, Reagan, Ford and Nixon says the report is an indictment of the entire White House operation and shows that the Obama administration has bordered on “malfeasance.”
