Use 21st Century Communication in 2010

I was speaking to my 85-year-old mother about a national women's organization to which she belongs. My mother pointed out that the president of this national organization uses modern communication methods – she sends out an email a few times a month to the members.

As I get those emails (although I don't read them), I was able to say, "She's using 20th Century communication in the 21st Century."

What did I mean by this? I meant that the emails sent by the national president are long-winded r...
